Strategic Plan Summary

The Creando Conexiones team analyzed survivor, caregiver, and stakeholder interviews to identify themes and subthemes aligned with the Cancer Survivorship Care Quality Framework for cervical cancer, liver cancer, and pediatric leukemia. These findings informed strategic planning sessions that prioritized research topics and domains through ranking activities and facilitated discussions. This process was designed to build consensus on Patient-Centered Comparative Clinical Effectiveness Research (PC-CER) priorities for inclusion in the South Texas cancer health equity research agenda.
