The Eliminate Tobacco Use (ETU) team on campus at UT Health San Antonio has launched three new calls to action for faculty, staff, and students to support a tobacco- and vape-free environment on campus.

1. Anonymous Reporting Tool

Help us keep UT Health San Antonio a clean, healthy, and tobacco and vape-free campus. If you notice tobacco use, vaping, or recurring “smoke break” spots, our Anonymous Reporting Tool makes it easy to let us know. Your reports help us identify problem areas and take steps to maintain a safe environment for everyone. Make an anonymous report today and support a healthier campus community.

2. UT San Antonio Tobacco and Vape-Free Policy Knowledge Study

We want to hear from you! Please take a few minutes to complete the following survey. Your feedback will help us understand the effectiveness of our tobacco and vape-free policy, awareness of available resources, and where violations may occur. Your participation helps us enforce policy fairly, support cessation resources, and maintain a smoke-free environment. Please share your thoughts with us!

3. Tobacco Treatment Training Program (TTTP)

Strengthen your tobacco treatment skills with MD Anderson’s five-day Tobacco Treatment Training Program (TTTP). The Eliminate Tobacco Use initiative is offering four scholarships for eligible UT Health San Antonio faculty and staff. Click here to learn more and submit your interest form to apply.
